I don't know of any positive stereotypes that aren't true about Russian (let's be real, most stereotypes against Russians are negative, and the few positive stereotypes such as literature do happen to be true) but I was interested in hearing the stereotypes of your countries that are portrayed to be positive but in reality are very inaccurate.

I live in Germany since I'm 4 years old, and the one positive stereotype I've seen is that Germans are very punctual and love work/are very committed to work.

Anyone who's traveled through Germany once knows that punctuality is a total joke, and I feel like the whole stereotype about hard working Germans has become inaccurate with this generation (though one could say, that the whole "anti work" attitude and movement, -- especially on the internet --, is more of an international opinion than just something isolated to Germany's youth and young adults.)
