Been screaming this way for ages now. Learned through the deep sigh method and practiced breath support. I know they're not fry screams because I've been learning that recently.

But idk if these are false chord or arytenoid cartilage screams. All I know is they're supported from the diaphragm and I experience 0 vocal fatigue or issues even after hours of practice or gigs.
