why is there a gap between basic spellcasting benefits and expert spellcasting benefits? and why don't palatine detective or spellshot get master spellcasting benefits? (even though bloodrager, beast gunner, eldrich archer, rivethun involutionist, and all the spellcasting multiclass archetypes do?)

also the bloodrager is a class archetype like palatine detective and spellshot so that's not the reason.
