I have a 3070 lying around and I was wondering if there are any board tweaks I can do to make it more useful? I’m planning to take it to a repair shop to change the memory to 2gb chips and I was wondering if I could change out the die as well. I think it’s probably not compatible but wanted to double check.

So I’m a new rider that recently passed the msf course and I’ve been looking for a bike to just hop into riding.

Right now I’m split between a 2018 BMW g310r for 3699 on market place and a new 2025 triumph speed 400 for 4500 at a dealership.

I’ve had experience working on cars so wrenching around isn’t really an issue for me unless it’s something that requires precision like valve adjustment.
