Basically the title, can consistently type 120wpm with QWERTY over fairly long durations but recently discovered alt keyboards when looking into them due to my fingers occasionally hurting (mostly index, although if I slow down typing it doesn't hurt).
I've tried a few, mostly looking into Graphite or Sturdy (currently awful on them, <20wpm after around 5 hours of practice) and just looking for anecdotes of if it's realistic/how long it would take to get back to 120wpm with alt layouts and if it's worth it
