There's a lot of Naruto what ifs about Naruto, particularly about how his early life was. Did it have to be the way it was? He was alone and everyone hated him. But in my opinion one of the most tragic things about Minato and Kushinas death is they were first time parents, and they gave it all for their baby boy, the son they would never raise.

But that's where this idea comes in. What if naruto had an older brother? Someone who knew who he was and more so, who there parents were.

In the most tragic outcome I can think of, and evil, its everyone's favorite person to hate! Donzo!

I think Donzo would separate the 2 and keep the older brother as a Ambu Black Ops. He may convince him he would be doing his dad proud, maybe convince Hiruzen its for the boys safety to keep them apart? So in hindsight Naruto would grow up similarly to how he did before but I think his brother would surface more after he learns about Naruto being targeted and concludes being apart from his brother now being pointless. At which rate Donzo might label him a trade to the Ambu.

I think it be up in the air from there.

I figured Donzo would label Narutos brother a traitor and probably wanted captured or killed. Jiraiya will likely know who he is and agree to have him travel with him and Naruto. If he is revealed as Narutos brother it could be a big mess cause Naruto would without a doubt learns about his family.

After recruiting Tsunade and she becomes Hokage I can't help but think there would be civil war vibes from Donzo, maybe the dumb elders too.

To not complicate things I think Narutos brother would be on house arrest and not help Naruto retrieve Sasuke.
