I recently powered up my Eufymake E1 again and it wants to update its Firmware.
The thing is: Its constatly failing.
what ive tried:Reboot/Wifi reset/ Ethernet connection instead of Wifi /Mobile Hotspot with 2 different phones and a Full Reset of the machine.
Nothing works and all I got from Eufymake Mail support so far was: Have you tried rebooting and is your wifi working. Machine itself says Installation failed with [0xFD01050001] as error code.
It also doesnt matter to start the firmware update via mobile or desktop app.
It also always fails at around 33%
In my Unifi UDM I see that it builds a connection and then stops.
Current Firmware is V3.2.75 and it wants to update to 3.3.12
Its so frustrating. I now need my machine and cant use it because someone over there thought it would be funny to lock out your customers when they dont install the update.
If anyone knows what going on here or what I can try to initialize the machine without the update I would be very glad.
