Ecobee 4
Recently ordered Ecobee 4 and installing it. However Alexa doesn’t work. Doesn’t respond. I tried with 3 different ecobee 4’s but same error. Any solutions. TIA. Please see pictures. Called customer support, but didn’t have any solutions other than restarting and relinking.
