Only worn these for 3-4 years and they are falling apart

Recently made arch supports from the bottom of some shoes that were too small for me and they’ve been great!

Most this stuff can be fixed with some sewing other than the bottom rubber, any ideas?

The sale had tons of cartoon figures but I was not expecting an aku figure! My heart dropped a little because I was so excited
