
how i got better in training
Tried a bunch of fitness/health apps over the last months — MyFitnessPal, Strong, Athlytic, even Notes at one point 😅
Most of them were either too complicated or missing something important.
Recently switched to the Valenta Health Tracker and it’s probably the first app that actually feels clean and easy to use while still tracking everything I care about (training, recovery, sleep, habits, nutrition etc.).
Made staying consistent way easier because I can finally see patterns instead of just guessing what’s working.
