If your memories, personality, and consciousness were copied perfectly into another body or computer… which one is the “real” you?

Both versions would believe they are you.
Both would remember your childhood, your fears, your girlfriend, everything.

So where does the actual “you” exist?
In the brain?
In continuity?
In memory?
Or is the self just an illusion?
