I failed C25K 3 years ago on week 3 and haven't touched it since but I've wanted to.

I found this run extremely difficult and was struggling past the first 0.5km, but I managed this 5km.

I'm half proud and half deflated at my time, as illogical as that may be given I didn't think I'd be able to manage it at all.

I'm wondering where I go from here.

Is it worth doing the programme properly rather than two interval sessions and then just going for it so I can get a better time?

PS. I've tried the C25K before and got stuck on week 3 and ended up giving up so I am proud and I hold serious respect for everyone here.

I don’t even know what to say… For anyone who’s got a boat license 🤣
