Curious what everyone means by Management Issues
I have heard a lot of shade thrown at the management and from a genuine point of curiosity I want to know what is meant by that. What separates G2 and FNC when we talk about management (I am a fan of both)? What FNC can do better when everyone talks about restructuring the org and management? I know the size of coaching staff also gets mentioned but apart from that what causes such a negative environment in this org?
