I built a small lead gen tool for Google Sheets. It’s pretty simple: you add a list of websites, and it fetches all publicly available emails from those sites.

The tool itself is completed. Descriptions, visuals, landing page and listing content are all ready too.

My problem is getting it published publicly on Google Marketplace. I’ve tried using AI to figure it out, but I’m completely stuck at the Google Cloud / OAuth / integration part. Honestly, it’s confusing as hell and I don’t know how to move forward.

Has anyone here published a Google Sheets Add-on before and can guide me on the process? Especially the Google Cloud setup and what actually needs to be configured to get approved.

I’m genuinely pissed at this point.

How the hell are you guys doing cold email at scale and actually landing in inboxes?

I’ve tried this twice now, changed setups, tested variations, spent money, followed all the “best practices” people keep repeating… and I’m still landing in spam like crazy.

This time I literally did everything “correct”:

• .com TLD
• Plain text emails only
• 1 month warmup
• Started with 2 emails/day, ramping up slowly (+10% daily)
• Max 27 emails per inbox/day
• 3 Google Workspace inboxes
• No tracking
• No links or images in first email
• DKIM, SPF, all that technical crap done properly through Cloudflare

And guess what? Still spam.

Inbox tests:

• Mailreach: 7.9/10
• GlockApps: 25% inbox, 75% spam
• GMass test: sent to 5 test emails, barely 1–2 hit inbox
• My own inbox test: 3 inboxes, 1 spam (the funniest part? The spammed inbox was the one I barely even used)

At this point I honestly don’t know what shit I’m doing wrong.

For people actually getting replies and landing in inboxes… what the hell finally fixed deliverability for you?

• For opening, replying, and email movement issues, I kept warm-up on with a 50% reply rate. I send 12 warm-up emails per inbox and 15 emails for campaigns. So even if campaign emails don’t get replies, I still get replies through warm-up.
