Hand smoked coho salmon
Another absolute banger from shelf break. today's lunch was this can of smoked salmon enjoyed in some seaweed with a bit of Marie sharps mango habanero hot sauce.
upon opening the tin i was hit with a nice smoky aroma. it didn't smell fishy even with a whiff up close, just smoky. the fish was really firm but not tough. I've found that sometimes smoked salmon in a can can be a bit dry but didnt find that to be the case today. salt levels tasted spot on to me. overall, this was a really enjoyable tin.
8.7/10 would eat again.
