Reef Stonefish slow-mo feeding

This is Mr. Balboa the Reef Stonefish, Synanceia verrucosa. I've had him for almost exactly a year at thing point, and he's doubled in size on a diet of mostly fresh squid with the occasional live molly as a treat. He shares his abode with an orange toadfish that lives in complex tunnels under the rockwork.

3D stuffed animals inspure by Viva Piñata, textured 100% in Krita :)

3 of 10 planned models, I started with what seemed easiest to make seeing as I haven't used Blender in several years. All textures drawn 100% by hand in Krita :)
If all goes to plan, all 10 will be used to make a game proof-of-concept in the fall. I'm hoping it all goes to plan!

Image texture not properly appearing on certain objects in the mesh? (5.0)

The eyelids are one shared mesh (just mirrored), but the back legs are extra confusing because the foot + thigh are one single "leg" object. I have no clue why the textures appear properly on the foot and not the thigh, and likewise for the eyelids.
Any help appreciated. All objects are UV unwrapped and mapped (as shown, areas in question highlighted).

Any and all help appreciated. This is my third model this week following the same process, so I'm a bit confused as to why this one is getting screwy.

EDIT:
Just saw the automod post, hopefully these aren't too cropped. I assigned the "Image" material to each object BEFORE I made some edits to several objects, the legs being one of them. Un-and-reassigning the material, applying transforms, etc does nothing.

GA, zone 8a

This thing has been growing for 3 or 4 years on my fence and seems to be flowering this year! It comes back up from the ground each spring with bigger leaves. It almost looks like a kiwi vine but it's not quite hirsute or rigid enough.

The shape of this shoot is quite different than the leaf last year, but the plant is about half the size of the mother (corm about gold ball sized) so I didn't expect it to flower so soon?

I guess time will tell if it is or not, but I was just confused by the shoot.

Species is either atroviridis or the other one that looked similar, again the flower will help me identify.
