Do you guys think it’s ok if i go out to eat dinner for my sisters birthday party? It’s about 2 ish weeks after the day of my surgery. I just don’t want to over do it

I finally got my surgery approved. Anything i should know/ get!?!? I’m a 38 DDD or a DD and i’m 160LBS. 5’3. What size should i aim for? I am joining the military and my biggest setback for my exercise and weight loss was my breasts. I just need to be able to run and workout comfortably. Any size suggestions??
