The most savings I’ve had this fiscal year! Tbh, I’m holding off from buying an automobile because I want to be able to have some money set aside for health emergencies (I have a heart condition) so I really feel good about saving up this much.
In economics, they call this opportunity cost. I have held off on overseas travels, impulse purchases, and spending on other liabilities. I just feel more secure having some petty cash set aside just in case something bad happens…
