Have been scanning to email successfully for years, but noticed snags recently. This could have been for much longer and gone unnoticed because it's my dad's printer, and he doesn't always check if people received his scams.

When I try scanning to email, I get a TX NG on the job display, and the printout shows Result: EA2226

I've searched high and low for EA2226 as it relates to the Bizhub, but I get nothing back.

Pinging 8.8.8.8 is successful, I can access it from within the network as well using the Web Connection interface.
