my mothers current car has taken a crap shoot. we went to a local dealership and she really liked the 2024 escape that we test drove and all the amenities it offered. however that car in particular is about to leave the dealership lot tomorrow for another lot. This and the fact her other car is not good to drive anymore, we are needing to make a purchase quickly.

Is there known issues or persistent problems that do not yet have a fix. It's a good price, $21k with lowish miles, 43k. around us there is not comparable vehicles at that price point. so is there anything that we should know about that should make us turn away from this model?
