Hello, I've been playing Overwatch for a while now and wanted to train my aim. I quickly loaded up the aim trainer of steelseries and tried a few exercises, before going over to the exercise that tells you the best DPI. I've been playing with 1600 DPI and only use my wrist for aiming. It said I should set my setting to 7,69

First of all, what does that mean, 7,69? I'm a complete noob when it comes to dpi or aiming in general

Secondly I read you should aim with your arm as well as your wrist. Is there any exercise you would recommend? Or do I just force myself to use my arm more?

Thirdly I want to play hitscan heroes like Ashe or Ana. I read online that people tend to use a lower DPI for aiming like that. What is your experience or knowledge on that type of aiming?

Thank you in advance for any answers. As said I'm pretty new to aiming and haven't even tried out other aim trainers. I just want to this right from the beginning
