Could there be more types of volcanoes in outer space?

Kinda goofy title I know lol, but I was thinking that it's fascinating that Olympus Mons on Mars is a shield volcano just like we have on Earth. What are the chances that there are other types of volcanoes that we haven't discovered, and what could they look like based on changes in gravity and crust materials?
