So my wife likes the Blackstone, and she loves that when I am cooking breakfast, I am not leaving her any pots or pans to clean...

Well, we were talking right after I got it, and I was saying that sometime down the road I wanted to get the Hidged Lid for my 36" Omnivore, and kind of left it at that. Well, twice she has tried to move the lift off the top and hook it on the back, and her 5-foot-tall frame and T. rex arms would not allow her to reach the lid to lift it straight up and over the back edge, and yes, this is how she described the situation.

Before she left on a Business trip, she once again asked: "When are you buying the New Lid ?" So here I a, I ordered the new lid and a silicone grill mat. Hope she is happy when she gets back.
