I am an old guy and I need to FAX some medical forms to my doctors prior to surgery. I have the forms as JPGs on my phone.

Is there a way for me to send them safely through my iPhone? I have an iPhone 13 Pro. Running iOS 26.3.1

EDIT: Thanks everybody! And especially to u/jjgibby523 for the MyChart portal suggestion. I went into MyChart and sent messages to my doctors with the forms attached. Easy peezy!
