i shaved the arch of my eyebrows a month ago, and i regret it so bad. its been a month since and it seems like its not growing or its barely growing. how can i fix this?

its been a month since i shaved the arch of my brows, i have no idea what was i thinking. its been a month since and it seems like it’s not growing at all. i need help on how to grow this, or even if its gonna grow back

it hasn’t even been a month since i got braces, yet 3 of my brackets already fell off, one bracket fell when i ate ice cream, another fell when i was talking, another fell when i ate rice.
is this a me problem or is there something wrong with how it was place? i have quite an overbite so my upper teeth constantly hit my brackets.
