Trying to buy some land in WA state.
I'm a construction worker in wa state looking to get my first piece of land, I've been looking for about the last year now and with most things going up in price trying to save up for a down payment to avoid the banks with owner financing it taking its time. Do any of yall have information on a parcel or two with atleast
- 1 acre of land
- access
- trees
any sort of mycological activity.
I'm trying to get onto a parcel asap and pay month to month under contract.
Other info-
if you have a piece of property not doing anything but dont want someone to just log and trash I'll sign a damn legally binding contract to conserve it long as I can plan out and build a house there and not just log and toss like a lot of investors out there do.
