Are there any other young mothers of young children? I'm 36 with a 5 year old son with adhd and autism. Everytime I'm sick which is like 3 times a year for a couple months each time it feels like I can't do it it feels so overwhelming and I have no patience no softness left to parent and be fully engage with him. How do you all do it?
