Hi, writing on behalf of a friend.

He received an email that his credentials had changed from a steam impersonating proton mail address. This mail included the new password plaintext.

Logging in with that, he noticed that the associated email, phone number and steam Guard has also been changed.

It is his own account, not a copy. He managed to change the email back to the regular. He cannot change anything else due to steam Guard being on some Africans phone

He made a ticket, but the scammer just closed it. I believe they will attempt to wait out the 15 days to get his 2k$ worth of skins. How to proceed?
