Fiduciary account.
If anyone had any insight please help me. My grandfather passed back in January of this yea (he was a Vietnam vet).100% disabled. He had a will and I was the sole heir of everything he had. I’ve been going back and forth with the Va for two months about the money left over in his fiduciary account. First they told me the fiduciary should have just released the funds to me but instead she said she sent it back to the Va. then they had me fill out a form and said to wait a few weeks. I called after some weeks just to be told to wait longer. Today I called just to get transferred 3 times and then to be told they were not going to release the funds that were already paid to my grandfather for years and they are going to keep it. Is there anything I can do? Or do they just get to keep it. I appreciate any help in advance, ty.
