I am a 27 year old and work in higher ed as a finance manager making 80k a year. I’ve been in my current position for a year and a half and I’m in a good comfortable place but I feel like I’m approaching a point where I don’t know what my next steps will be. Should I just put my head down and just keep gaining experience until a better opportunity that aligns with my skills comes along? Should I go for my MBA (i already have my MPA) and look for a quicker route out of here? I want to take that next step but i just don’t know how to get there
