Been a BM for a couple of different banks at this point, and each one has a different idea of what the branch banking experience should look like.

I know the industry seems to have a lot of customer frustrations in general so I thought it would be a fun experiment to ask Reddit - what does a good branch banking experience look like for you?

Outside of differences between different institutions, when you go into a local branch, what is your idea of a great customer experience?
