How to Fix Fence Erosion

How to Fix Fence Erosion

I have a bit of a situation I need to address, and I was hoping to get the input of someone who knows a but more than me (which is every at this point).

First issue; water runoff is carving a trench under my fence line between my neighbor's yard and mine. Left of picture is the culprit. 10" deep in some places and extending up to a foot into the yard. The post footings are exposed and the fence is leaning several degrees into the neighbor's yard. It's at risk of collapsing if I don't address it. The problem is a small depression between our yards at the top of this grade. It channels water down the fence line. The neighbor also installed a sprinkler system 3-4 years ago, which sped up erosion. We tried to add a collector tied into a French drain at the top but did nothing.

Here's my broad idea for a solution; a small, shallow trench under the fence line. Line it with landscaping fabric and decent sized river rock. While do that, use some braces on the neighbor's side to push the post back up and then fill around with gravel and whatnot. But again, I'm not an expert at this, so I don't know how effectI've that will be or what the details are.

Second issue is just a general erosion of the back yard. The guy who did the Fench drain didn't seem to think it was a problem, but my back fence get dirt built up in the corners, and the whole back side is leaning into the woods. I'm thinking a similar solution; river rock channel border underneath, push up the posts and fill around them. I'd just need to clean up the wooded area to get better access. Or does that need a different approach?
