Perrin’s Segrona Teema Solom to the betrothed.

Regardless of your personal opinion of Perrin in the series, as a father myself, this speech stands out as a significant moment in Perrin’s otherwise indifferent portrayal as a husband. It is profound, appropriately timed, and undeniably the most underrated speech in the series. While it may not be the best, it is certainly not to be overlooked. I believe the writers felt compelled to provide this character with a touching moment.
