I live in the Midwest and the frequent weather fronts moving through trigger migraines. This spring the amount of migraines I’m having has been worse than any other year I can remember. Anyone else in the same boat? Wonder why?
The health system I work for recently announced the possibility of moving the entire IT org to an MSO structure. Does anyone have experience going from a hospital system employee to an employee under an MSO directly contracted to the hospital system? What does that org structure typically look like? pay, benefits, ect?
