Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services
- Assist members/patients with inquiries, benefits, claims, and account concerns
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues following company guidelines
- Document all interactions in the system
- Maintain quality and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
- Healthcare experience is an advantage but not required
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Compensation:
- Salary range: 30,000 to 40,000 PHP (depending on experience and previous salary)
Locations:
- Alabang
- BGC
- Pasay City
