I ordered a caliber and rotary online for the car I had back in November 2025 however, I totaled that car so no longer needed the items I went to return it today and after about 30 minutes of them, trying to figure it out with my paper receipt, emailed receipt (with order and confirmation number) I was told they could only give me merchandise gift card because I didn’t have the phone number linked with the purchase/warranty and it after 90 days Is this true? Is there anything that can be done so I can get my money back ?
