College has just started for me and it's a really big change. It's also overwhelming too. I'm so anxious and stressed to the point I wake up every morning with heart palpitations and they feel so uncomfortable. As soon as I'm awake in this world the anxiety just hits me really hard. Breathing exercises only slow my heart rate down momentarily. I would appreciate any advice on how to deal with these heart palpitations
Today was my first day of college and I'm already anxious about how busy I might get and how I need to balance work and wind down time. I've always been horrible at time management, I didn't even do any time management during high school so I'm completely lost.
