flat size minimum- 6000sft (super area)
premium/prestigious project - this is for my personal use, not investment purposes
lifestyle amenities like swimming pool, gym, pickleball, badminton
areas - madhapur, Jubilee hills, gachibowli, financial district, kokapet
not like super crowded - 1000++ apartments etc, something 200-300 people is preferable, but not a deal breaker
