I started Reta, maybe yall can give me some input. I started at 20 units once a week and had no appetite for the first 3 weeks. After that I gained an appetite so I jumped to to 30 units. I instantly was shitting water for 3 days straight. But adjusted. However I still had an appetite. I’ve jumped to 20 units twice a week, I still have an appetite, just eat less. It’s a high protein diet with occasional cheat meals. I do get full faster, I am weight training 5-6 days a week, and I am losing noticeably.

Just looking for input on dosage etc.
