Anyone else witnessing bad garbled graphics on the pc client on this boss?

I can't find any documents or guides on how to replace the backlight on this monitor, its not even that old but i have, what looks like, a strip thats dead just where coincidentally the power connector goes in... I dont mind trying to fix this myself, I can't find anyone who repaired them near me
