I searched a little bit to see if anyone mentioned this; but wasn't it Jamal who discovered he had adopted siblings after he did a DNA for 23andMe Or Ancestry? It was brushed over on the episode where Kim was exposed, but it seemes as if this was the case and this is why Jamal was so upset about it. He found them, Kim never felt guilty and confessed. She would've taken this to the grave..
