I am from the UK, and adjusted for status in March 2023 after marrying my wife (US citizen). My I-130 was approved October that year… but my I-485 has not changed since December 2023 when I sent in some requested evidence. It seems to update roughly once a year to tell me it is still processing. I have contacted congress, but when they reach out every couple of months, they just basically tell me USCIS have said to be patient. Is this normal? I keep updating evidence (we now have a daughter, my wife has re-enlisted in the military, I have a job etc), but seeing so many people approved when they have applied so long after us is making me start to worry
