The thing to me that misses the mark with the ED films since 2013 has been the complete lack of mutations in normal Deadites. Yes Rise has the blob at the end, but ED2 definitely got it right as even the normal turns were gruesome and monstrous. I really want to see that come back and not just be coloured eyes and some blood / mutilations.
