Stressed pipe connector, how bad?

Moved into my first home and while trying to clean the back wall under the sink and saw this on the drainage pipes. After removing the t junction it appears the pipe for the sink is slightly too short for a perfect fit. The gray pipe is applying force causing the awkward angle.

Is this okay to leave as is or do I need to change the pipes so the t junction connection is straight?
