Hi HENRYs,
I’m about to start a full home refurbishment which will involve some moderate structural works, but plenty of upgrades to the internals of the property, which is in London.
I have a pretty good sense of where to get good furniture for when the project is near completion, but no idea where to find quality fixtures such as lighting, flooring, tiles, switches/outlets, bathroom and kitchen fixtures etc. Would appreciate and recommendations from people who have done recent work.
NOTE - we have Champagne taste, but are operating on a Prosecco budget. So engineered wood over hardwood floors, quartz/ceramic surfaces over stone, etc.
Thanks!
