Hi. I just got a rtx 3080 for my i7 7700k build. Im facing a bottleneck in my cpu. So for most of the games my gpu is capped at 60-70% usage at max. So I was thinking of using lossless scaling but I don't know what setting are best. I would really appreciate the help. :)

2560x1440p Games like r6, cs2, apex or fps games majorly. When I try to set something up the latency was horrible.
