I used to work sa isang agency until February this year. Now, I need to file my Q1 tax but I don’t have a copy of my Form 2307. Tried reaching out to the previous agency pero no response eh, can’t go there physically dahil may work ako. What can I do po? Can I file it without 2307? I’m registered under self-employed professional and under 8% income tax rate. Baka may makatulong na din sa akin mag-process ng taxes ko, I’m planning to close na rin kasi my registration. Really need someone who will guide me all throughout.

Honest mistake and since bago ako as being a freelancer last year. Nag-file ako ng Q4 tax return last year and ngayon ko lang na-realize na mali pala yung TIN na nalagay ko, yung sa company yung nalagay ko instead of mine. Now ko lang napansin as I file my annual income tax and Q1 tax return. What should I do po?

Employed na kasi ako ngayon and I’m planning on closing my self-employed status na kaya gusto ko ma-comply mga requirements para makapagpalit ako ng tax type. Thank you so much and I really need your insights.

Need some guidance. Self-employed or talent ako sa isang company from July 2025 to Feb 2026. Tapos last week of April, I got hired na as an employee sa corporate. I got no idea on how to change my tax type from self-employed to employed. Pinoproblema ko kasi if may penalties ako although nag-file naman ako ng quarterly and annual income tax. Problem ko rin yung sa book of accounts kasi na-register ko naman lahat ng kailangan pero wala kasi akong nailagay na laman dun since freelancer nga and no business naman. Alam ko rin pong sa RDO ko namin to dapat i-ask, eh kaso naka-onsite pa ako until June kaya gusto ko lang sana magkaroon ng idea mula rito. Thanks!
