Do I need a patch of fabric to repair this or a machine?
I've been meaning to repair these cuffs for a while. But I've only ever hand sewn patches on a battle jacket. What would be the most reliable way to repair these? Do I need a machine? I have thread that's the same color but this seemed like a big area that might require more.
