Hey yall, l looking for some advice, I have two adventure 5M printers that got the software update and are now not printing from the desktop app. I have to load everything onto a USB drive, plug the USB drive into the printer and try to print from there and it doesn’t always work. I’m trying to see if anybody else is having this problem and what I can do about it. This is my first time using 3-D printers and I was told that these are the best for beginners and I feel like I’ve had nothing but problems since I got them. Any advice would be helpful, if more info is needed please feel free to ask or dm me!
