My email was compromised and they logged into my Reddit and changed my email and password. Because I have two accounts with the same email address the standard help I can find on this doesn’t apply since I don’t get any emails when inputting my username (DWCuzzz) and get emails for this account when trying to reset using email.

I submitted a ticket for this, is there anything else I can do? And what’s the response time on those tickets?
